has exceeded the $1 billion mark for the ftrst time in its nine-month
history, says state Treasurer Mary Ellen Withrow.

by fire and a explosion that left a

Pentagon sources said.
The sources said the submarine
started taking on water as It was

wounding. Foster is alleged to have
struck a motorcycle driven by Jack
