These Individuals are being recognized for their contrlbu· lion to resource conservation and development In their respective counties. The featured speaker will be a representative of the Musklngwn Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) who will discuss the conservancy district's program, plus .show a fUm of the district's beautiful parks and lake recreational facUlties. The Buckeye Hills RC&D Project Area was expanded from a five county to a nine county area In late 1983. "This will be the first time thai all nine counties have had' the opportunitY to get together to recognize the leaders In their counties," states .Scl!afer. The Buckeye Hllls RC&D Project Area now Includes Athens, Belmont, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe,. Morgan, Noble, Perry and Washington Counties.
