Gilly. Martin and Vealey left
Cleveland last Dec. 30 for
Clarksville, Pa., where they ar. rived Dec. 31, the indictment
said.
"At Clarksville, Pa., on Dec.
31, 1969 the three defendants
affected' the object of' the conspiracy by killing Joseph Yablonstl by gunshots fired at close
range," the indictment said.
The grand jury said the consplracy lasted from July, 1969,
to Dec. 31 and thereafter.

of World War 2, he was a retired
carpenter.
