            <text>Darrell Eugene Russell, 87, Frankfort, Ohio (formerly of Vinton, Ohio) passed away Friday, February 10, 2023 in Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Born December 15, 1935 in MorganTownship, Ohio, he was the son of the late Cluster and Larlyn (George) Russell. A United States Army Veteran, he was a member of the United Ironworkers Union and Ewington Church of Christ in Christian Union.&#13;

Darrell is survived by his wife, Gloria Gail (Mann) Russell and daughter, Karen Thompson; grandsons, Darrell (Jeni) Holland and Derick Thompson; great-grandchildren Miah, Alexis and Adelynn Holland; brother, Randy (Sharon) Russell and sisters, Patty (Don) Evans and Lila Mills.&#13;
&#13;
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, February 18, 2023 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, with Pastor David Greer officiating. Burial will follow in Morgan Center Cemetery, Vinton, Ohio. Family and friends may call at the funeral home Saturday 11:00 AM to the time of service.&#13;
