            <text>Noah “Eddie” Halfhill, 59, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Monday, February 13, 2023 in Holzer Medical Center Emergency Room, Gallipolis, Ohio. Born February 5, 1964 in Mason County, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Dana Ray and Etta Jo (Fitch) Halfhill. He was a member of Labors Local 1353, Charleston, West Virginia.&#13;
&#13;
Eddie married Kimberly Oxyer Halfhill October 30, 1988 in Cheshire, Ohio, who survives. He is also survived by stepchildren: Brynn Martin and Brandon Martin, both of Bidwell, Ohio; grandchildren: McKenzie Martin and Kenzleigh Shaver; brother, Rankin Halfhill, Cheshire, Ohio and sister, Rhonda Rainey, Findlay, Ohio as well as brother-in-law, Kenny Wheaton, Cheshire, Ohio.&#13;

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by brother and sister, Hershel Halfhill and Margie Wheaton.&#13;
&#13;
A Memorial service will be announced at the convenience of the family. In accordance with his wishes, cremation services are under the care of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio who is honored to serve the Halfhill Family.&#13;
