Born February 5, 1964 in Mason County, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Dana Ray and Etta Jo (Fitch) Halfhill. He was a member of Labors Local 1353, Charleston, West Virginia. Eddie married Kimberly Oxyer Halfhill October 30, 1988 in Cheshire, Ohio, who survives. He is also survived by stepchildren: Brynn Martin and Brandon Martin, both of Bidwell, Ohio; grandchildren: McKenzie Martin and Kenzleigh Shaver; brother, Rankin Halfhill, Cheshire, Ohio and sister, Rhonda Rainey, Findlay, Ohio as well as brother-in-law, Kenny Wheaton, Cheshire, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by brother and sister, Hershel Halfhill and Margie Wheaton. A Memorial service will be announced at the convenience of the family. In accordance with his wishes, cremation services are under the care of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio who is honored to serve the Halfhill Family.
