            <text>Robert Vance, 66, Albany, passed away Thursday May 11, 2023 at his&#13;
residence.&#13;
     Born August 15, 1956, in Logan, West Virginia, he was the son of Joyce Elam Vance,&#13;
of Albany, and the late Mont Vance.  Robert was a Pastor, coal miner, school bus driver, and&#13;
OAPSE Union President.&#13;
     He is survived by his wife Donna J. Preast Vance, children Andrew Vance (Victoria),&#13;
Sophia J. Vance; 8 grandchildren and  a brother and sister-in-law Ronnie and Rosemary Vance of Albany.&#13;
     In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son Steven Vance.&#13;
Services will be Saturday at 1 pm at Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home with Minister&#13;
Tim Bentley Sr. officiating.  The burial will be in Wells Cemetery.  Visitation is Friday 6-8 pm,</text>
