He is survived by his wife Donna J. Preast Vance, children Andrew Vance (Victoria), Sophia J. Vance; 8 grandchildren and a brother and sister-in-law Ronnie and Rosemary Vance of Albany. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son Steven Vance. Services will be Saturday at 1 pm at Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home with Minister Tim Bentley Sr. officiating. The burial will be in Wells Cemetery.
