            <text>Chad Ashley, 47 of Athens passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 20th with the love and support of his family and friends. Chad was born July 20th 1975 in Coshocton Ohio, however he has resided in Athens for most of his life. Not only was Chad an avid OSU football fan, he also never met a stranger. Chad was known for his socialization, he always had a friendly smile for anyone he met. Chad also enjoyed using his skills being a home contractor and when the days would allow, playing with his puppy dog Jax. &#13;

Chad is survived by his mother Diane Wilson as well as his special step father Doug Dick. His father Floyd Ashley, his son Tyler Ashley(Julia) and his daughter Rileigh Ashley. His favorite brother that was always there with him, Todd Ashley, brother Tony Ashley(Katrina) and sister Stacie Simpson(Nick) A very special women in his life who he loved dearly, Heather Hart. His business partner and dear friend Josh Fair. Chad is also survived by several very special aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. &#13;

Chad was preceded in death by his grandparents Betty Clonch and Royal Wilson and Uncles Dave and Mark Wilson. &#13;

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday July 1, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at Christ Community Wesleyan Church</text>
