            <text>Michael Eugene Cremeans, 72, of Pomeroy, OH, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at Holzer Medical Center, Pomeroy, following an extended illness.&#13;
&#13;
He was born September 7, 1950, in Fort Knox, KY, a son of the late June and Laoma (Grueser) Cremeans. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 45 years, Dreama Sue Cremeans.&#13;
&#13;
Michael served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era. He was a retired Coal Miner from Meigs Mine #2 and was a member of the UMWA. Michael was a soul winner for Christ and made it his life’s desire to witness to others everywhere he went and had a jail ministry. He loved reading his bible in Gods beautiful nature and attended North Bend Church in Mason. Michael enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, riding motorcycles, and was an avid outdoorsman.&#13;
&#13;
Survivors include his children, Michael J. Cremeans of Pomeroy, OH, Shawn D. Cremeans and his wife, Bonita of Syracuse, OH, Tom E. Cremeans and his wife, Amy of Pomeroy, Mary Beth Hickman and her husband, Floyd of Pomeroy; siblings, Debbie Whitlatch, Ron Cremeans, Jerry Cremeans, Bill Cremeans, Patty Bumgardner, John Cremeans, Peggy Perkins, Tammy Harris, Jay Cremeans; 10 grandchildren and five great grandchildren&#13;
&#13;
Memorial service will be 4 p.m., Sunday, April 16, 2023, at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV. Visitation with the family will be 2 p.m. until the time of service on Sunday at the funeral home.&#13;
&#13;
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Dreama Sue Cremeans Memorial Scholarship Fund at Farmer's Bank.</text>
