She was born August 15, 1978, in Gallipolis, OH, a daughter of Danny Lloyd Hoffman of Gallipolis, OH and Tamara Lynn (Hill) Hood and her husband Phil of Mason, WV. She was a graduate of Wahama High School and the current Assistant Manager of Gino’s Pizza and Spaghetti House of Mason, WV. Survivors in addition to her parents include her son, Thomas Russell Ramsey III of Point Pleasant; fiancé Keith Bowles of Point Pleasant; stepdaughter, Olivia Roush of West Columbia; brothers, Daniel Hoffman of Denver, N.C., and Joseph Hoffman of New Haven. Service will be 7 p.m. ~ Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Foglesong-Casto Funeral Home, Mason, WV. Private burial will be in Letart-Evergreen cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations are preferred to the Thomas R. Ramsey III account C/O Foglesong-Casto Funeral Home P.O. Box 367 Mason, WV 25260 or dropped at the funeral home. All donations will be placed in his account after the funeral service.
