            <text>Larry Keith Haynes, 76, of New Haven, WV, passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 15, 2023, at his home.&#13;
&#13;
He was born September 10, 1946, in Romance, WV, a son of the late Lovell Basil Haynes and Geraldine Ruth Smith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Carolyn Fortner, Theresa Skarina and four brothers, James, Tom, Lovell Jr. and Randall Haynes.&#13;
&#13;
Larry was a retired Welder for General Dynamic and past councilman for the Town of New Haven. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and woodworking.&#13;
&#13;
Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Earlene (Martin) Haynes; son, Brian Haynes and his wife, Christine of San Angelo, TX; brother, Lenny Haynes of Martinsburg, WV; sister, Sandra Kirk of Dunbar, WV and three grandchildren, Sebastian, Gabrielle and Nathaniel Haynes.&#13;

There will be no public services at this time.</text>
