            <text>Detner "Pete" Roush, 73 of Shade, Ohio Passed away on November 7, 2023. He was born on January 11, 1950. Detner was a 1967 Graduate of Wahama High School, served in the United States Marines, Detner served 34 years in law enforcement in many roles from Chief of Police with Mason Police Department, Deputy Sheriff with Mason County Sheriff’s Office, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office and a Lt with the Eleanor Police Department. &#13;

He is survived by his brothers Tom (Martha) Roush, Don (Janice) Roush, his children Detner 'Pete' Roush IV, Brandy (Herb) Laudermilt, Brian Roush; Grandchildren Ryan Laudermilt, Brandon Laudermilt, Khalani Roush, Jackson Roush, Several nephews, nieces, aunts and uncles. &#13;

He is preceded in death by his parents Detner Roush Jr, and Hilda Roush, sister Beverly Roush. &#13;

A memorial service will be held with Doug Hendrixson officiating, at Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy on November 10, 2023 at 11:00am with Visitation being held from 10:00am - 11:00am </text>
