She was the daughter of the late Paul Edward and Betty Jean (Underwood) Hollingshead, born January 6, 1963 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. A 1981 Graduate of North Gallia High School, she attended the University of Rio Grande where was a member of the Grande Chorale and North Carolina State University. Sheri retired from Pillsbury in Wellston, Ohio and was a member of the Jackson Volleyball Officials Association. She leaves behind her brother, Paul (Becky) Hollingshead II, Vinton, Ohio and beloved niece and nephews: Stephanie Hollingshead, Milwaukie, Oregon; Justin (Stephanie) Hollingshead, Gladstone, Oregon and Phil Hollingshead, Lewis Center, Ohio; great nephews, Bradley and Derek and great nieces, Tatum, Brystal and Autumn as well as several friends who will miss her very much. A Celebration of Life will be announced for Sheri by the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, who is honored to serve the family.
