She is survived by her companion of 38 years, Donna Pratt, a son, Jeffrey Hartman, of Bidwell, and a special sister-in-law, Jennifer Ruble, of Belpre, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Butch and Chuck D. Hartman. Cremation services are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis.
