            <text>David Allen McMillan, 54, of Racine, passed away, at 3:34 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at his residence. Born December 13, 1969, in Point Pleasant, West Virginia he was the son of the late Ellis “Red” and Phyllis Scarbrough McMillan. He was a truck driver for Harmon Trucking.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his children, Morgan McMillan, of Columbus, David McMillan, of Racine, Hannah Shreve, of Elkview, WV, and Tori Saunders, of Gallipolis and a grandchild, Riley Pierson. Brothers Douglas Raines, of Columbus, and Skip McMillan, of Ripley, WV, sisters, Cheryl (Matt) Bovin, of Albany, Oh., Debbie (Roger) Hill, of Racine, and Elisa McMillan, of Salt Lake City, Utah, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Cierra McMillan.&#13;
&#13;
A memorial gathering will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2023 in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine.</text>
