            <text>Dewayne Richard Fisher, 57, of Middleport, passed away, unexpectedly at his residence on August 18, 2023. Born September 24, 1965 in Marion, Ohio to the late Bessie Fisher Lainer and Roy Dowell. He was a carpenter.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his children, Damon (Tessa) Fisher, of Stanford, Kentucky, Andrea (Tyler) Rife, of Washington Courthouse, grandchildren, Aaliyah, Halie, Madi, Kaiden, Zoie, Aiden, and Zane. Brothers, David (Cheryl) Fisher, of Rutland, Jay (Christy) Fisher, of Middleport, and Josh Dowell, of Washington Courthouse, his step-father, James Lanier, of Southside, West Virginia, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends also survive&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his fathers, James Fisher and Roy Dowell, a sister, Angie Kerr, and a brother, Lenny Dowell.&#13;
&#13;
Friends may call on Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 6-8 pm in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy.</text>
