            <text>Middleport - Dorothy Boggess, 73, of Middleport, passed away, Friday, April 7, 2023 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis.&#13;
Born September 3, 1949, in Ripley, WV, she was the daughter of the late Denny Alva and Mary Pauline Richards Meyers.&#13;
Dorothy is survived by one son, Jason (Nichole) Boggess; one daughter, Melissa (Richard) Boggess; seven grandchildren, Joshua, Freddie, Gracylln, Christopher, Kenneth, Lassirsa and Candice and several brothers and sisters.&#13;
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie in 2001: three daughters, Norma Stewart, Mary Rhoades and Peggy Boggess and several brothers and sisters.&#13;
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at the Ewing-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Pomeroy. Burial will take place in Letart Falls Cemetery in Letart at a later date. Friends are encouraged to sign the online guestbook at ewingfuneralhome.net.</text>
