He was born on March 31, 1989 in Athens, Ohio, son of Jeffrey James and Tammy Darlene Wells Cowdery. Christopher was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and being in the woods. He was always there to lend a helping hand and will be missed by his close family and friends. He was a 2008 graduate of Eastern High School. He was a plumber with D.V. Weber Construction. He leaves behind his 2 beautiful children, Natalie Kole Cowdery, age 9 and Wade Christopher Cowdery, age 5; father, Jeffrey James Cowdery; mother, Tammy Darlene Cowdery; sister, Caitlyn Cowdery Stier (Travis); nephew, Duke Stier; grandpa, Frank Wells; grandma, Shirley Wells; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and the mother of his children, Rachel Cowdery. He was preceded in death by his grandma, Sandy Cowdery, and grandpa, Jim Cowdery. There is no service scheduled at this time. Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood, WV is in charge of arrangements.
