            <text>Mark A. Lane, 63, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at his residence.&#13;
&#13;
Born on May 20, 1961 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, Mark was the son of the late John W. and Stella Baird Lane.  Mark was a graduate of Gallia Academy High School Class of 1979 and served in the US Army.  He worked in the Store Room at Holzer Medical Center and enjoyed golf. &#13;
&#13;
Mark is survived by his stepmother, Phyllis Sheets Lane of Gallipolis; brothers, Charles (Tammy) Lane of New Haven, West Virginia and Brad (Crystal) Watson of Gallipolis, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by brothers, Mark Watson and Mike Watson.&#13;

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at First Church of God, 1723 State Route 141, Gallipolis, Ohio.</text>
