            <text>Carol Schuler, 70 of Rutland, Ohio passed away on January 18, 2025 at the Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. She was born on April 29, 1954 in Corpus Christi, TX to the late John and Margaret Jean (Bissell) Hood. She was a graduate of OU. She retired from Home National Bank in December 2021 after being there 25 yrs.&#13;
&#13;
She is preceded in death by her parents, John William Hood the II and Margaret Jean Bissell.&#13;
&#13;
She is survived by her husband of 41 years Paul Schuler; 2 daughters Mary Ann (Ian Tipton) Schuler and Sara (Nick) Brammer; She had 9 grandchildren, Hailey Brammer (24) Taylor Brammer (23) Lexis Tipton (15) Lillie Lee (14) Jeremiah McDonald (12) Matthew Brammer (11) Jade Fout (10) McKenna Brammer (10) Nickolas Brammer (8). Her siblings are Beth (Chris) Burnham, Susan (Larry) Toth and John (Sherri) Hood. She had many nieces and nephews.&#13;

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025 from 6-8:00pm at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy.</text>
