            <text>Selby Ann Manley (McKinney), 87, passed away on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, at Arbors at Gallipolis in Ohio. Born May 9th, 1937, in Gallipolis, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Clinton McKinney and Darlene Louise McKinney (Kingery). She was a graduate of both Cheshire High School and the LPN course at Buckeye Hills Career Center. On June 24th, 1956, she married Raymond Eugene Manley, who she will be be buried alongside. She was a retired LPN from Southern Psychiatric Hospital in Athens, Ohio. She enjoyed spending time with family, researching genealogy, and she loved collecting hummingbirds.&#13;
&#13;
Selby is survived by her brother William "Bill" McKinney of Gallipolis, Ohio; son Kevin Manley of Pomeroy, Ohio; granddaughter Erica Haning (Kevin Lockhart) of Ripley, West Virginia; grandson Joshua Little of Athens, Ohio; great grandson Jason Lockhart of Ripley, West Virginia; and many nieces and nephews.&#13;

She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond Manley; children Cathy Haning and Joseph Manley; sisters Audrey Mitchell and Juanita "Punky" Sears; and brother Owen McKinney.&#13;
&#13;
The family would like to thank Arbors at Gallipolis for their care.&#13;
&#13;
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 1:00pm at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Middleport.  Burial will follow in the Middleport Hill Cemetery.   Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service (11-1:00pm). </text>
