            <text>Margaret “Marcia” King of Middleport, OH passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born on October 23, 1938 in Pomeroy, Ohio to the late Thomas and Ruby (Sayre) Burnside. She loved to read and work puzzles. She enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Reds and the Ohio State Buckeyes. She was a member of the Carleton Church. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Ron Civinski) Grate and Kay (Jake) Watson; step children, Lisa Owens and Eddie King and brother, Tom Burnside; step granddaughter, Brittney; step grandchildren, Gia and Liam. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenny King; sisters, Patsy Thoma, Grace Thoma and Mary Lou Houdashelt. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 1:00pm at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy. Burial will follow at the Carleton Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the funeral.</text>
