            <text>Shirley Lilly, 82, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Arbors at Gallipolis.&#13;
&#13;
Born on January 24, 1943 in Crown City, Ohio, Shirley was the daughter of the late Hazel E. White Montgomery and the late Oris Needles.  Shirely was married to David L. Lilly, who preceded her in death on October 16, 2024.  In addition to her parents and husband, Shirley was preceded in death by her son, David L. Lilly II on July 31, 2021; two sisters, Ellen Addis and Gloria Jean Montgomery Simpkins; and two brothers, James Monroe Montgomery and Roger Lee Montgomery.&#13;
&#13;
Shirley is survived by a sister, Nancy Brumfield of Tennessee, formerly of Crown City and a brother, William Eugene “Bill” Montgomery of Crown City, Ohio.&#13;
&#13;
The funeral service for Shirley will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Willis Funeral Home.  Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Hope Mausoleum at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens.  Friends and family may call prior to the service from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.</text>
